Hi everyone,
This is my official debut into the developer community. Developing and design is something I've been interested in for a while now. When I got into college, I initially sought out a degree in computer science and/or architecture. The excitement around tech was definitely in the forefront of my mind and there was just something cool about making something from nothing. After a couple of courses, I decided to go into industrial engineering instead. The way that programming was taught at my university just wasn't meshing well with my learning style.
Even though I enjoyed my engineering courses, I still felt an itch to learn coding in some fashion. I dabbled with it a little in my courses, but we weren't creating anything. Nothing fun at least.
Fast forward to the present which is when I discovered the world of web design and the endless possibilities that come with it. I hope to not only learn from the developers here on hashnode, but I also hope to have my own tutorial or 2 here on the site.
I am completely self-taught (beginner stages right now) and look forward to improving my skills a with you all! I am interested in web design/development, UX design, and entrepreneurship.
Aside from coding, my interests include sewing/fashion design, reading, playing guitar, running, and baking. Looking forward to all future connections.
